Meet Our Stylists

Sandy came to the hair industry after a midlife career change.  In 2015 Sandy started a journey that would change his path in life.   After finishing cosmetology school he shortly moved to DC where he began taking more classes on balayage color correction, and creative color.  Sandy has competed in several competitions such as "Hair Wars" and Mardi Grass hair fashion.  Sandy had a goal to open a salon and just 3 years out of hair school, he opened his first salon located in Oldtown Alexandria.  Now with the Color LAB Salon by TSR the same dedication to fabulous hair and guest experiences.  

Thomas Shelton has become one of the most sought after hairstylists in DC, due to his extraordinary skills and trendsetting.

Thomas is a master colorist and an educator for Goldwell.  He has been featured in several magazines. His Awards include:

Guadalupe is a native to Peru, but has been a stylist working right here in Dupont circle for over 30 years.  She is highly creative creative stylist doing may versatile styles.  Guadalupe specializes in precision cuts, color correction, highlights, and balayage.  She also loves doing styles for special occasions.

Donnell has been a hair stylist & makeup artist for 40 years.  He also is a Drag queen performer for 45 years right here in the nations capital.  Donnell specializes in Men's haircuts, Bridal hair, & women's short cuts.  Come see me Donnell to let him help create your illusion.

Eligio is originally from Nicarauga.  He found his passion by mistake one day Eli's mom had an emergency and need him to cut her hair, she received so many compliments. This made Eli feel good because he had no knowledge of what he was doing and he had created a master piece.  2 years later he graduated from hair school.  Then he worked at two of the best salons in Managua. Ely even landed a TV segment in Nicaragua where he would answer beauty questions and share his beauty tips.   Ely did hair for the Miss Nicaragua pageant several years and competed in a national contest where he brought home the runner up metal.  Ely then won the chance to come to the US to compete. After that he moved to DC where he's been working since.  Ely is very passionate and enjoys making people happy through giving them great hair.  Ely invites you to his chair where he will give you high quality hairservice.
